Earl is being raised by; James & Melanie;

James has raised one other GDA dog named Tonka who didn’t make it to be guide because of medical reasons, laryngeal paralysis, causing Tonka to chock and gag while working in harness. 

Melanie has raised three dogs, Price who was career changed due to consistency of willingness to perform guide work. Cleo was career changed because she was a little too nervous (btw, they had an accident where she had to have her tail docked).  Harper is still in training and we have high hopes for her.
